Brand New Telephones
Wireless Express offers a one (1) year parts and labour warranty for defects occurring under normal operating conditions.
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us at 1-800-843-1320 or via email oldphoneguy@oldphoneworks.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) that you should put on the outside of the box.
Please pack the product carefully as we will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
Be sure to include your return address, phone number, a copy
of your original receipt and a detailed description of the problem.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to return the
product to us, while Wireless Express will cover any shipping charges
to return the product to the purchaser.
Refurbished/Previously Enjoyed Phones
- Phones listed under the "refurbished" category ( Including "A" stock
phones that are classified as 'new in box') carry a 30 day Wireless
express/Wireless2go warranty
- Warranty claims are NOT handled through Rogers. Please call 1-800-843-1320 for instructions
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Kingston, We will re-ship the phone back at no charge
NOTE: Phones listed under the refurbished category DO NOT carry a manufacturers warranty.
